Bridal work, and made as a matched pair for both hands. A bracelet of linked filigree flowers sits at the wrist, a large open lotus lies across the back of the hand, and five chains run from it to a ring for each finger. The lotus is built petal by petal and fused, not pressed. This is what an Odia bride wears on the day and keeps afterwards.
