Where we deliver
Across India. [ say whether you ship outside India, and if so where — note that silver export carries its own paperwork ]
When it leaves us
A piece held in stock is dispatched within [ number ] working days of the order being confirmed.
A commission or a made-to-order piece takes as long as the lead time shown on its page — generally some weeks, because the wire is drawn and woven by hand for you. We write to you when work begins and again when it is ready to send.

These are the courier's working days after dispatch, and they are estimates. Festivals, weather and remote PIN codes all stretch them.
What it costs

How a piece travels
Insured, with tracking, and packed so that nothing presses on the filigree. We send the tracking number by [ email, WhatsApp, or both ] when the parcel goes out.
Please give an address where someone can receive a parcel in the daytime, and a phone number the courier can actually reach. A wrong or incomplete address is the commonest cause of a piece going astray.
If it does not arrive
Tell us. While a parcel is in transit to you it is insured, and we will trace it, and replace or refund the piece if it is lost. Please check the parcel before accepting it where you can; if it looks opened or crushed, say so to the courier and photograph it.
